Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and leadership experience required.
• Experience in managing healthcare clinics and regulatory compliance is essential.
• Strong budgeting, staffing, and HIPAA practices are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (HIPAA, Joint Commission, etc.).
• Lead budget planning and monitor expenses within approved parameters.
