Job summary

Mental Health Cooperative seeks a Facility Administrator to oversee daily operations of its behavioral health clinics in the Chattanooga and Cleveland regions. You will supervise clinical, care management, and support staff, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive strategic resource management to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience in healthcare.
• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years cumulative experience and 3 years leadership experience required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a healthcare setting or behavioral health clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive leadership in the local offices within the region by establishing and reinforcing cultural values within the workplace that support the MHC mission.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including hiring, scheduling, workflow, and administrative tasks.
• Supervise daily operations of one or more clinics.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including healthcare laws and patient confidentiality standards.
• Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures focused on driving positive patient and business outcomes.
