Job summary

CommonSpirit Medical Group (Mountain Management Services) in Cleveland, TN seeks a Clinic Administrator to manage daily administrative and technical support for a multi-specialty clinic. You will ensure compliance with policies and deliver high-quality service, coordinating operations and planning for changes.

You will lead staff, handle budgeting, performance reviews, and collaborate with the Regional Director to implement long-range plans, while maintaining regulatory and accreditation

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 years leadership experience OR minimum 5 years leadership experience in the discipline or Master’s degree and no experience.
• 5 years practice management or practice administrator experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate clinic operations to ensure proficiency and quality service while complying with regulations and standards.
• Responsible for employee performance management including appraisals and goal setting per policies.
• Lead and develop a team including hiring, training and development, salary recommendations.
• Prepare, monitor, and contribute to clinic budget, goals and objectives with input from staff.
• Work with leadership to develop policies, procedures, and long-range plans.
