Advocate Health Care is seeking a Part-time Clerk in the Aurora Psychiatric Hospital’s Behavioral Health outpatient area. The role supports patient scheduling, records, and billing while coordinating with multiple departments. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and strong communication abilities.

Light lifting and patient interaction are involved. The position operates Fri-Sun 4:00 PM–8:00 PM with a weekly 12-hour schedule; pay ranges from $19.80 to $29.70 per

Mansioni

• Coordinate tests and treatments across departments to schedule procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of department services to support scheduling.
• Facilitate communication via multi‑line phone, paging, and hospital information system.
• Screen incoming calls.
• Monitor and troubleshoot department office equipment.
• Process daily patient charges and related procedures.
• Prepare chart forms for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Obtain medical records for transfers to other facilities.
• Verify patient demographic information and registration in the medical record.
• Maintain positive customer relations and a harmonious work environment.
• Provide age-appropriate care information as required.
