Job summary

Advocate Health's Aurora Psychiatric Hospital in the Adult Inpatient unit is seeking a compassionate RN to join a part-time team. You will provide and coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff to deliver safe, therapeutic care.

The role requires an accredited nursing program completion, an active RN license, and BLS certification. You will work 24 hours per week with PM shifts in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• RN license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Deliver care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to ensure a safe environment and optimal patient experience.
