Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience interacting with the public using phones and computers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and check in.
• Verify registration and insurance information; collect co-payments.
• Verify insurance for service type and provide paperwork/instructions.
• Schedule various patient appointments and coordinate interpreters/transportation.
• Enter refill requests in EPIC and arrange follow-up scheduling.
• Handle department communications and maintain waiting area cleanliness.
