Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree in a related clinical field (psychology, therapy, social work, counseling) or an RN with relevant licensure.
• Registered Nurse licensure in KS or eligible to practice in Kansas.
• Experience in behavioral health admissions, intake, or navigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and streamline the behavioral health admission process, including a centralized access model.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments across age groups to determine level of care.
• Facilitate admissions to inpatient and outpatient services based on clinical criteria.
