Job summary

Rimrock is seeking a Central Scheduling Coordinator to manage outpatient scheduling for behavioral health services across Billings and Bozeman. You will coordinate appointments, reminders, and rescheduling to optimize access and reduce no-shows while ensuring payer requirements are met.

Responsibilities include accurate EHR data entry, maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to support care continuity and revenue cycle

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years scheduling/medical office experience preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health field preferred.
• Ability to learn EHR systems and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Acts as central contact for scheduling outpatient services across Billings and Bozeman.
• Schedules appointments for multiple providers and service lines.
• Ensures scheduling aligns with billing and payer requirements.
• Enter and update appointments in the EHR accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with care teams to support access to care and continuity.
