You will respond to service requests, conduct screenings and intake, coordinate referrals, and manage centralized wait lists to ensure timely access to care. The role requires collaboration with clinical teams, adherence to Medicaid requirements, and a commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related behavioral health field.
• Knowledge of Medicaid/commercial insurance and confidentiality requirements.
• Experience with intake, assessments, and care coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for behavioral health services by conducting initial screenings and identifying service needs.
• Meet with individuals to complete consents, screenings, assessments, and intake documentation.
• Coordinate referrals, appointments, and admissions across Network 9 programs to ensure timely access to services.
• Maintain centralized wait lists by monitoring capacity and coordinating placements.
• Collaborate with clinicians, referral sources, and community partners to support admissions and transitions of care.
