Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operation and management of two four-person residential programs.
• Supervise, coach, and provide leadership to residential and behavioral support staff.
• Maintain an active and visible presence in both homes.
• Develop and monitor Behavior Support Plans under BCBA supervision.
• Coordinate medical, psychiatric, behavioral, day/employment, and other services.
• Participate in IDTs, ISPs, clinical meetings, and program staff meetings.
