Alternatives, Inc. in Raritan, NJ is seeking an experienced BCBA/GH Coordinator to provide clinical supervision and daily oversight for two four-person group homes serving adults with IDD and complex behavioral needs.

You will supervise staff, develop and monitor BSPs, conduct FBAs, analyze data for data-driven decisions, ensure licensing compliance, and coordinate with nursing and psychiatry. The role offers competitive pay of $90,000 per year and generous benefits.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a NJ DDD setting.
  • Experience developing and monitoring BSPs and FBAs.
  • Experience training staff in behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall clinical and operational oversight of two four-person residential programs.
  • Supervise, coach, and lead residential and behavioral support staff.
  • Conduct FBAs and other behavioral assessments as appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and revise individualized BSPs.
  • Teach and train staff on BSPs and interventions and monitor fidelity.
  • Monitor behavioral data and make data-driven clinical recommendations.
  • Coordinate with nursing, psychiatry, and other team members.
  • Ensure NJ DDD licensing compliance and documentation accuracy.

Alternatives, Inc. in Raritan, NJ is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Group Home Coordinator to provide both clinical supervision and day-to-day operational oversight for two specialized four-person group homes serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and significant behavioral support needs, including individuals at the DA/EA tier level, in Somerset County. The BCBA GH Coordinator will oversee eight individuals and the staff supporting them, while ensuring behavioral programming is effectively developed, taught, implemented, and monitored.We pay a competitive wage of $90, 000/YR.
