Elwyn New Jersey seeks a Group Home Behavior Technician to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a clinically driven ABA residential program. You’ll implement behavior plans, assist daily living skills, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic home environment.

Responsibilities include supervising activities, documenting progress, attending house meetings, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates preferred in related field.
• Experience providing direct care in residential/group home settings is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document information.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises activities of individuals in a home/day program.
• Assists with occupational, recreational, vocational, and therapeutic programs.
• Supports independent living skills and daily routines.
• Implements and documents behavior support plans and emergencies.
• Attends house meetings and collaborates with team.
• Maintains required trainings and certifications.
• Performs CPR and safety care per agency protocols.
