Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen.
• TB screening is required and trainings (CPR/first aid, medication administration, positive behavioral support) must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist with activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and assist with personal hygiene.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments.
