Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field.
• At least 1 year experience with functional assessments and behavior plans.
• Experience training caregivers and implementing plans with ABA strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as shift supervisor and support staff in implementing plans.
• Assist clients to achieve personal goals and maintain independence.
• Ensure safe, clean living environments and participate in daily activities.
• Transport clients as needed and maintain accurate records.
