Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or social work required.
• Three years of work experience in a training program for the developmentally disabled.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical/behavioral services to ensure regulatory compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop behavior plans and treatment programs.
• Supervise and coach staff, provide crisis training and reporting.
• Maintain records, reports, and tracking systems for clinical paperwork.
• Coordinate with families, guardians, and medical professionals as needed.
