Job summary

Road To Responsibility, Inc. seeks a licensed clinical leader to oversee clinical services in residential and day settings.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement evidence-based supports that promote independence and quality of life. The role requires a Master’s degree and independent licensure (e.g., BCBA/LABA/LICSW/LMHC) with at least three years of experience in ABA/PBS, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and independent license as BCBA/LABA/LICSW/LMHC.
• Minimum of three years’ experience with individuals who have developmental, intellectual, and emotional disabilities.
• Experience in function-based behavioral assessment and treatment.
• ABA and PBS experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and coordination of clinical services within assigned programs.
• Collaborate with Program Management and Clinical Team to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans and clinical interventions.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create proactive strategies.
• Provide staff training, coaching, and crisis support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Partner with leadership to improve quality of care and outcomes.
• Foster professional relationships with staff, individuals served, families, and partners.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
• Support onboarding and coaching of new team members.
