Job summary

May Institute is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead ABA services for adults with autism and developmental disabilities in Revere, MA. You will oversee programs across North Shore and Revere, train staff, supervise clinicians, and support families and guardians.

Responsibilities include program development, staff performance evaluations, and ensuring evidence-based practices. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and will contribute to organizational leadership in Adult

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs.
• Experience supervising and training staff.
• BCBA preferred or eligible to sit for the exam.
• PhD or Master’s degree in a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, training, and mentoring of Assistant Clinical Directors.
• Directly supervise clinicians and oversee high-quality programming.
• Lead development of social communication programs using Verbal Behavior framework.
• Develop clinical training systems for direct care professionals and clinicians.
• Support day and residential programs with training for seamless transitions.
