Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior support across day and residential programs. You will coordinate Applied Behavior Analysis services, conduct FBA/FA assessments, and supervise DSPs and managers in implementing Behavior Support Plans.

You will maintain data tracking, develop treatment plans, and ensure DDS/Massachusetts regulations compliance while supporting staff training and collaboration with clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts.
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and an approved BACB supervisor.
• Minimum of three years of professional ABA/relevant field experience and two years in progressive management; Master’s level.

Responsibilities

• Develop universal Positive Behavioral Supports for consumers, employees, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement positive behavior plans and strategies (PBSP, PBIP).
• Provide direct instructional supports to ABA techs, DSP staff, and supervisors; maintain documentation.
