Job summary

Road to Responsibility in Norwell, Massachusetts is seeking a qualified clinician to provide oversight and coordination of clinical services within assigned programs. The ideal candidate will develop and implement behavior support plans and monitor clinical interventions using best practices.

This role requires a Master’s Degree and Independently Licensed clinician status. Applicants should have at least three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
