Job summary
Beacon ABA Services is seeking a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) to join as Regional Director for the Metro North area in Massachusetts. You will provide clinical leadership across home and school-based programs and help shape growth and services throughout the region.
The role includes oversight of programs, intake visits, development of treatment goals, and supervision of staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of home and school-based ABA programs
- Conduct intake visits and assessments for prospective clients
- Develop, oversee, and monitor individualized treatment goals and objectives
- Design and supervise behavior intervention plans, teaching programs, and clinical protocols
- Mentor and support clinical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
- Monitor clinical outcomes and promote best practices throughout the region
- Participate in research initiatives and present findings at professional conferences
- Support the continued growth and expansion of Beacon's services
