Job summary

People, Incorporated is seeking a Clinician in Fall River, MA to oversee Positive Behavior Support and behavioral services across Residential, Adult Day, and Children’s Services divisions.

Under supervision, you will develop plans, train staff, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with DDS and other professionals to ensure quality care for individuals with developmental or mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s BCBA with state licensure required.
• Bachelor’s level BCAaBa licensure may be considered.
• LICSW or LMHC licensure also considered.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social services.
• Experience in administration and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across Adult Day, Children’s Services, and Residential divisions.
• Collaborate with Agency Directors, Program Managers, and DDS for quality services.
• Submit reports and data as required; evaluate referral packets for support needs.
• Write and monitor Positive Behavior Support plans; supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Train staff in Safety-Care and Positive Behavior Support; observe staff implementation.
