AltaPointe Health in Mobile, AL seeks Behavioral Aides for the Adult Residential Services. You will monitor residents, provide basic living skills training, assist with personal care and medications, and help maintain group-home operations.

This self-scheduling, full-time role supports 24/7 coverage across ARS facilities and requires teamwork with care staff. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 23 with a valid Alabama driver license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 23 years of age or older and have a valid Alabama driver license.

Responsabilités

• Provides ongoing monitoring and interaction with residents and trains on basic living skills.
• Meets daily productivity standards through individual and group BLS services.
• Assists residents with personal care, medication administration, chores and safety.
• Transports residents to appointments and outings.
• Prepares meals according to dietary orders and stocks pantry items.
• Ensures house cleanliness and adherence to schedules; participates in team communications.
• Documents progress notes and BLS services in a timely and legible manner.
• Attends staff meetings and follows AltaPointe policies and procedures.
