Qualifications

• Must be 23+ years old with a valid Alabama driver's license.
• Proof of current liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing monitoring and interaction with residents.
• Meet daily productivity standards with BLS services.
• Assist with personal care, medications, chores, and safety.
• Prepare meals according to dietary orders and stocks.
• Deescalate crises and follow safety protocols.
• Document services and progress notes in AltaPointe policy.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
