AltaPointe Health Systems seeks a Behavioral Aide for its Adult Residential Services in Mobile, AL. You will monitor and support adults with serious mental illness, provide basic living skills training, assist with personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.

Experience is not required; the role supports a self-scheduling, multi-location team. Must be reliable, compassionate, and able to work shifts including weekends as needed.

Qualificações

• No prior experience required for entry-level roles.
• Ability to provide basic living skills training and monitor consumers.
• Willingness to work at any ARS facility per staffing needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing monitoring and interaction with consumers to include training on basic living skills (BLS) and behavioral plans.
• Meet daily productivity standards through individual and group BLS services.
• Assist consumers with personal care, medication use, chores, and safety issues.
• Demonstrate willingness to work at any AltaPointe ARS facility based on staffing needs.
• Prepare consumer meals according to dietary orders and stock food items.
• Document in a timely and legible manner per AltaPointe policy.
• Demonstrate respectful, confidential care and maintain consumer privacy.
