Responsabilités

• Provides ongoing monitoring and interaction with consumers while offering training on basic living skills.
• Meets daily productivity standards through individual and group basic living skills services.
• Assists consumers with personal care, medication use, chores, and safety issues.
• Transports consumers to appointments and outings and helps maintain house cleanliness.
• Prepares meals according to dietary orders and stocks household items.
• Documents in a timely, legible manner per AltaPointe policy and participates in team communications.
