Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing observation and monitoring of consumers in the group home and training on basic living skills according to assessed needs.
• Meet daily productivity standards through individual and group BLS services.
• Assist consumers with personal care (bathing, toileting) and daily activities; aid with medication and meals.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work at any ARS facility based on staffing needs.
• Document in a timely and legible fashion per AltaPointe policy and progress notes.
