Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Germantown, MD is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under the guidance of a BCBA. You will collect data, collaborate with families, and maintain a safe environment during sessions.

Shifts start in the evenings with day shifts available as caseload grows. Part-time with opportunities for full-time roles are offered, and training to obtain your RBT is provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

Compensation and Schedule

Pay Range: $20- $24/hour ($25-$28 if certified)

Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load
