Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, collaborate with families, and support positive behavior change.

Competitive pay and free training to obtain your RBT are offered. Evening shifts with potential for day shifts as caseload grows; part-time with full-time opportunities described.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.

Job Summary:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Behavior Technician to join our team! As a tech with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect and document data on client progress

Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Range: $28- $30/hour ($31-35 if certified)

Shifts: Evenings to start, day shifts available as you build your case load

Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available

Requirements:

Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification

Previous experience with children

Ability to pass background check

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
