Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing targeted intervention plans under a BCBA. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors, supporting a collaborative team environment.

Candidates should be patient and compassionate, with a HS diploma/GED, and must obtain CPR/First Aid and a TB test. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
