Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

You will be part of a dedicated team and receive comprehensive training to support each child’s growth. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ age, and ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and a TB

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Passion for helping children with autism.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a TB test.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Attend onboarding and training to become proficient in Centria’s procedures.
