Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA. You will apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role includes comprehensive training, collaboration with a team, and physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving between positions.

Qualifications

• Requires passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a TB test within last year.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, sitting, and moving in various positions.
