Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA's guidance. You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training so you can help each child reach their potential. Candidates must be patient, compassionate, and able to lift up to 50 pounds; CPR/First Aid and TB tests may be required.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and team oriented.
• 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED; RBT certification upon onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children following individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Participate in a supportive team environment and ensure safety during activities.
