Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. This role involves working one-on-one with children with autism to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA’s guidance.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. We provide comprehensive training, and the job offers a structured career path with opportunities to make a meaningful impact on a child

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test (within last year).
• Passion for helping children with autism and improving skills.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of a BCBA, teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques and ensure safety during sessions.
