Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We offer comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and a pay range of $17–$20 per hour. Applicants must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Requires patience, compassion, and teamwork.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; background check required.
• Physical ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Be part of a supportive team and participate in comprehensive training.
