Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Pay range is $17–$20 per hour, with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities
