Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role offers comprehensive training and a pathway to growth in the Behavioral Analysis field, with a pay range of $17-$20 per hour and a commitment to supporting meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test (if not current).
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques under BCBA guidance.
