The role involves documenting progress, managing session information, and creating positive, structured interactions with clients.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one support to clients in home- or community-based settings.
• Assist clients in building social and communication skills.
• Follow behavior-change plans created by BCBA professionals.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or similar challenges.
• Help individuals build social and communication skills.
• Support families by addressing repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Follow behavior-change plans created by BCBA professionals.
• Collect and document progress, milestones, and session information accurately.
• Create encouraging, structured interactions during every session.
