ABA Centers of Florida is hiring a Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism in homes, centers, and community settings. The role involves delivering evidence-based treatments, collecting data, and collaborating with a BCBA and families.

Training is provided to become certified as an RBT, with growth opportunities within a growing healthcare company. We offer paid training, ongoing support, and advancement opportunities, including scholarships and a path toward BCBA roles.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ if located in New Jersey).
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent, reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.
• BT: Attend 40-hour RBT full-time paid training and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
• RBT: Attend required paid training program.

Aufgaben

• Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in one of our new centers.
• Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
• Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Proactively communicate with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members to support client needs.
• Performs other clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support operations.
