Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs in home and community settings. The role involves delivering one-on-one behavioral services, traveling to clients, and maintaining precise data notes.

We provide in-house training and supervision to support RBT credentialing. Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma, willingness to work 20+ hours weekly, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and TB test may be required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2 years college credit beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Travels to home and community settings to deliver services.
• Implements one-on-one behavioral services.
• Accurate and detailed data collection and service notes.
