ADP, Inc. in Tampa, FL seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time work providing one-on-one behavioral services in home, school, clinic, and community settings. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and help teach communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA.

Strong communication and reliability are essential. Requires current RBT certification and a High School Diploma.

Qualifikationen

• Must have current/active RBT certification.
• High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework is preferred).
• The desire to work with children (experience with individuals with ASD) is preferred.
• Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, including some flexibility regarding schedule changes required to accommodate patient needs.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work location.

Aufgaben

• Work 1:1 with patients in the home, school, clinic, and community settings
• Consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity and prepare program materials
• Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes
• Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations
• Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings, as required
• Communicate effectively with the BCBA regarding learner's progress
• Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as needed
• Track supervision hours and annually renew the RBT certification as mandated by the BACB
• Work ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical Code
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies
• Adhere to time and attendance policies
• Adhere to all of our policies and procedures
