Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home behavioral therapy for children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing goals from the treatment plan 1:1 in the home setting, helping children develop social, language, and cognitive skills while supporting families.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of relevant experience, a high school diploma, CPR/BLS certification (in-person),

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.
• CPR/BLS certification required in-person.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray as applicable per state.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follows the instructions of the BCBA/Program Supervisor.
• Provides behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients.
• Work with clients, families, and communities to implement client treatment plan.
• Complete and document session per policies and procedures.
• Attend and participate in-service training.
• Uphold and follow the ethical standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Playtime is learning time; having fun is expected as well.
