Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children and teens, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA’s supervision. You will help implement individualized treatment plans in clinical, school, or home settings, and support families with progress updates.

You will record session data, manage timesheets, and collaborate with the BCBA to ensure engaging, data-driven sessions. No weekends; full-time hours and pathway to RBT certification are provided.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; RBT certification obtainable with employer support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children and families.
• Ability to implement ABA-based instruction under BCBA supervision.
• Comfort with collecting and recording data on behaviors and progress.
