Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work with children and teens in clinical, school, or home settings, delivering one-on-one ABA sessions under a BCBA. The role emphasizes data collection, progress reporting, and collaboration with caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; related degrees are a bonus.
• Able to earn RBT certification within 45 days with provided training.
• Experience with kids on the autism spectrum is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, integrity and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
• Assist with challenging behaviors in safe, supportive environments.
• Collaborate with BCBA and caregivers, reporting progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets; collect behavior data.
