Action Behavior Centers is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and engage kids through play-based activities to promote learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with an active pace and working with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may assist nearby ABC clinics if needed.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
