Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking an ABA clinician to provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism in a team-based clinic setting. Roles include implementing BCBA-designed intervention plans, data collection, and engaging sessions with caregivers throughout the day.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekend work, and full-time or part-time opportunities. Experienced RBTs may receive higher starting rates and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days (paid training provided)
• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)
• Ability to think on your feet, stay engaged, and create a positive, interactive environment for children
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions
• Create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children
• Collaborate daily with your clinical team
