Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision. The role includes training, hands-on supervision, and data collection to track client progress.

You’ll engage with families and BCBAs, participate in ongoing training, and have access to growth opportunities including a pathway to RBT and higher levels with paid training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of session data.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
