Job summary

United Care Applied Behavioral Analysis PLLC is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Roles include implementing individualized plans, tracking progress, and communicating with families in both in-home and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first few months.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow clinical guidance and document sessions.
• Long-term interest in growing within ABA, including BCBA pathway.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
