Job summary

MeBe is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home or MeBe’s Learning Center setting. You’ll implement 1:1 behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills under BCBA guidance.

You will receive two weeks of paid training to pass the RBT exam and ongoing supervision. Part-time shifts are available, with a strong focus on teamwork and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• RBT/ CBT certification preferred; must obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment.
• Background check clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pediatrics or Human Development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to keids with autism in their home or at MeBe’s Learning Center clinic.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Relay progress to BCBAs and assist with assessments.
• Record behavior and progress in Central Reach.
• Clock in/out and comply with ABA and insurance regulations.
• Assist with lunch, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing.
• Support Site Director and Supervisors with tasks and treatment planning.
• Build positive relationships with families while maintaining boundaries.
