Bright Light, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to support individuals with developmental challenges through ABA programs. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to promote meaningful progress and independence.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT Credential or plan to obtain with guidance within 30 days of hiring.
• Two years of college coursework in psychology, education or related field preferred.
• Two years experience with individuals with developmental challenges who exhibit severe behaviors preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required by state.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance if transporting clients.

Mansioni

• Ensure treatment plans are implemented per goals and interventions.
• Collaborate with families and treatment team; educate guardians on reinforcement and interventions.
• Maintain dignity and respect for individuals served.
• Prompt safe replacement behaviors to build communication and social skills.
• Fade prompts to promote independent responding; provide access to reinforcers.
• Review progress using behavior analytics, identify barriers, and advise supervisor.
• Collect behavioral data as defined by RBT program; complete clinical documentation.
• Communicate with staff to ensure retraining and adherence to plans.
• Schedule and prepare for leisure activities when sessions aren’t taking place.
• Participate in trainings and clinical meetings as assigned.
• Provide residential status updates and identify problem areas; implement solutions.
• Adhere to company policies while complying with external guidelines.
