Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays. Sessions occur in-home or in-clinic, typically 2–3 hours, with emphasis on communication and social skills.

Training and supervision are provided as part of career growth. The position offers flexible scheduling (Mon-Sun 2-8pm) and opportunities to advance after RBT certification, with compensation $20–$24/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must complete a 40‑hour RBT training course prior to employment.
• RBT certification required within 6 months or active BCBA/ABAT certification as alternative.
• Minimum 18 years of age and a high school diploma.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities (6 months) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to children to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Conduct sessions in home, clinic, or school (2–3 hours each).
• Deliver data collection and progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA for updates and guidance.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and supervision.
